Course Description: 
 
This course traces the many trajectories of the natural world according to the transfigurations of our ecological future. What are the eventual fates of the jungle, the forest, the ocean, and the desert? In what ways must we re-conceive the realms of the vegetal, the plant, the elemental, and the molecular? How do the new typologies of energy and waste impact the future balance of every environmental territory?
